We would like to introduce to you, an exciting service that is being offered to “people with special needs” of the Cornwall and surrounding area.

This service has actually been in the “works” since 1995 and is a result of closely listening and “taking notes” from the many concerns, needs and demands that parents & guardians of special needs people voiced over the years, and folks, we have listened!

This is the service that came out of all that “taking of notes”. We have come up with a more “pro-active” approach that is centered towards enriching and fulfilling the lives of this special and well deserving population. We at Include Program / Programme Inclus are committed in every sense of the word, towards delivering a true “life enrichment service”. We have been very busy creating a new and more effective approach by thinking “outside the box”, an approach that works in “partnership” with client, customer & the Include Program Coordinator. When it comes to addressing the people with needs of the area, we go by simply adapting a “tailor fitted” program each as unique as the individuals themselves.

In other words; “A square peg in a square hole, round peg in a round hole.” Why try “forcing” a program on an individual that doesn’t fit or work for them? We here at Include Program, we sit with each potential client, parent or guardian and together we address the needs, wishes and desire of that person, then we do whatever possible to make it happen.

The whole concept of Include Program/Programme Inclus is a result of listening to this special population concerns and what they had to say. We strongly believe that this program will service people who previously, may not have had the chance of being “properly & thoroughly” addressed when it came to their social needs. is a service that is designed to address that need. “Life Enrichment” is our key, we like to “set the bar higher”!

Our success is simply evaluated by the client’s happiness.

We are also proud to announce that our program is “Handi-Transportation” capable, we have a professionally equipped van that can accommodate up to five clients, plus to ease mobility for some of our clients, we have aquiered an ”electric power wheel chair”as well! We are ready to serve our clients to the utmost level of excellence. These are just some more freedoms that our special needs people gain when they seek our services.
